Returns & Exchanges
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. Because most of our pieces are one-of-a-kind vintage items, we generally do not accept returns.
However, we are happy to assist with exchanges if there was a sizing mistake or if the item arrived damaged. If this happens, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
To request an exchange, please email info@fabrikhunter.com with your order number and details of the issue. If your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Items sent back to us without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be returned in the same condition it was received, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Exchanges
Because most of our pieces are unique vintage items, exchanges are handled case-by-case and are only offered for sizing mistakes or damaged items.
If an exchange is approved, we will guide you through the next steps to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Refunds are generally not offered due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our products. However, if an item is confirmed to be damaged or defective, we will review the situation and offer an appropriate solution.
