Exchanges & Returns

The short version

Everything we sell is vintage and one of one. All sales are final — we don't offer refunds, and we can't exchange a piece because you changed your mind. What we do stand behind is fit and accuracy: if a piece genuinely isn't what the listing said it was, we'll make it right.

When we exchange

  • Mislabeled size — the tag said one thing, the garment measures another.
  • Shrinkage or undisclosed alteration — the piece was altered or shrunk in a way the listing didn't mention.
  • Fit, within reason — vintage sizing is tricky; if the fit is genuinely off from what our sizing guidance led you to expect, talk to us.

Exchanges are for store credit or another piece — never cash refunds. Contact us within 7 days of delivery, item unworn, unaltered and in original condition.

What we don't exchange

  • Change of mind.
  • Pieces that have been worn, washed or altered after delivery.
  • Wear consistent with the listing photos and condition notes — it's vintage; character is part of the deal.
